Coronavirus forcing companies to virtual AGMs, full proxy voting

Australia's mini-AGM season coincides with tight clampdowns on public meetings as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. As a result, companies are moving towards hybrid virtual AGMs and relying on proxy voting in place of live voting in person.
