Elders reports increased lost time injury frequency rate

Elders, the rural services and automotive components supply company, recorded a lost time injury frequency rate (LITFR) of 6.3 for its rural services division, as compared to 5.60 to September 2010, and reported an effluent leak at one of its Victorian feedlots due to severe flooding. Elders' sustainability disclosures in its annual report are reported against a consolidated loss after tax of AU$395.3m.
