David Bradbury announces inquiry on future of the AGM

Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer David Bradbury said that while regulators and legislators have not mandated one system of reporting on corporate social responsibility, companies should "think hard" about how to best report on environmental, social and governance issues, while also announcing an inquiry on the future of the annual general meeting (AGM).
