Expanded EUAs could generate $4.5bn investment in Victoria

If environmental upgrade agreements (EUAs) are expanded to encompass commercial properties across Victoria, the EUA financing vehicle could generate AU$4.5 billion of commercially attractive investment and create over 18,000 jobs, according to new research.
