IGCC: climate financing achievable, but needs policy clarity

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)'s analysis of climate finance shows that redirecting global funds from investment emissions intensive assets to low carbon sources should be a priority for governments and investors, according to the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC).
