IGCC: insto investors would park capital if CEFC repealed

Repealing the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) will cause institutional investors to step back from deals in low-carbon investments in Australia, the Investor Group on Climate Change (IGCC) told a Senate inquiry into the repeal of the Clean Energy Future legislation.
