This is very interesting and exciting to see organisations embrace CSV. In the case of Hitachi though, I wonder how much are their programmes driven by local input or by the company's needs. There is a fine line here when dealing with.indigenous communities, and what safeguards have the company implemented to ensure the local interest takes precedence?
