McDonald talks to The Sustainability Report on how LCAL's model encourages private sector investment in energy efficiency and carbon abatement technology, how it has helped develop a robust market for financing those investments, and the fund's future as the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) readies for launch.
