Future IM/Pact is an employee value proposition designed to help diverse talent see how they can impact the world as an investor, learn how to start their career in investment management and provide opportunities to gain exposure to the industry. Content will be curated online via a website and social channels. The initiative launches later in August, and Yolanda Beattie, diversity and inclusion practice leader at Mercer, leads the initiative.
